Equestrian accommodation:

Horse Stable I (approx. 47x11 mtr):
The horse stable is located directly behind the main house and constructed of masonry. The roof is covered with asbestos-free corrugated iron. The stable is equipped with 14 horse boxes, 3 washing and 3 grooming places, a tack room. The stalls are finished with partly bamboo, partly galvanized front and partition walls, sliding doors and the back walls are covered with rubber. The washing and polishing areas are finished with a rubber floor and the back walls are partially covered with rubber. The washing areas are equipped with hot and cold water. Also located next to the washing and cleaning areas are a storage room and a laundry room, which has a 50 amp connection for industrial washing machines. The corridor from the stables to the indoor arena has been fitted with new cupboards that provide plenty of storage space for blankets, saddle pads, and so on. The tack room has tile flooring, a sink and closet space. A sliding door in the side wall provides access to the yard from the stable area. In addition, a corridor from the stable provides access to the riding hall with adjacent reception and office space. There is also a toilet room and a 2nd reception/office area situated in the corridor which is currently used by the grooms. This 2nd reception / office space is equipped with a kitchenette in wall arrangement. The fully tiled toilet room is equipped with a toilet and double sinks. Riding hall (approx. 21 x 45 meters):
The riding hall is constructed of steel trusses, sheet metal walls and the roof is covered with asbestos-free corrugated iron, which is partly translucent. The riding hall was built in 2000 and has been modernized several times. The walls of the hall are insulated. The indoor arena (approx. 21 x 45 meters) is equipped with an ebb and flow floor (Wijlaars, approx. December 2019) with a new wooden box edge. Horse Stable II (approx. 46 x 11 meters):

At the rear of the stalls is a storage area realized, which is accessible from the yard through double doors in the side wall. The storage space is finished with a concrete floor.

In the second stable section, 14 horse stalls, 2 saddle rooms and 2 washing and grooming areas are located. The stalls are all equipped with partly bamboo and partly galvanized front and partition walls, sliding doors and the rear walls are covered with rubber. The washing and cleaning areas are equipped with a rubber floor and partly tiled and partly rubber walls. There is also a separate energy-efficient boiler here. This stable area is accessible from the yard by means of large wooden sliding doors in the rear wall and a wicket door in the side wall. Tack room I and II are finished with a tiled floor, stucco walls and an insulated roof. In these saddle rooms is a kitchenette situated with a sink and cabinets.

Horse Stable III (approx. (18 x 9 meters):
The 3rd horse stable is located behind the outside arena and constructed of timber frame construction and a corrugated roof. There are 12 stables, approx. 3 x 3 meters, situated with partly bamboo bamboo and partly galvanized walls with sliding doors. There is also electricity available.

Manure plate:
The manure slab is located at the rear of the property. It is constructed of stackable concrete lego blocks and a concrete floor (ca. 2019). The 2-part manure slab allows for the separation of straw and shavings.

Sprinkler pit:
Next to the manure pad is a sprinkler well (ca. 2008) located with a well pump for sprinkling the outdoor facilities (and formerly the riding hall).

Outdoor arena:
The spacious outdoor arena is equipped with an ebb/flood floor and a sprinkler system. On the long side of the arena is a wooden garden house with terrace. The outdoor arena is linked to the galloping track. On the left side of the outdoor
arena a wooden roof is placed. The refrigerator and coffee machine ensure that while enjoying a drink can enjoy the fantastic view on the outdoor arena.

The pastures are fenced with wooden posts and electric fence. The pastures are divided into 8 sections. Some of them are separated by a middle path.

A portion of the pastures is set up as paddocks (approx. 25 x 40 meters), which are fenced with wood and electric fence.

Galloping track:
The galloping track, accessible from the generous outdoor arena and yard, is laid out around the pastures.
